First Floor Breakout Area
Designed to be an area where you or your staff can sit back and relax for a moment away from the desk, or maybe to hold informal meetings. This area also serves as great place for like minded tenants to cross paths and stop for a chat or utilise as a reception area.
Second Floor Breakout Area
A cool and comfortable pleasant place to work away from the office on your laptop. Charging points are situated at the end of the desk for easy access to charging facilities.

On the ground floor there is a unisex disabled toilet and on the first floor there are separate facilities for men and women.
Outside Spaces for Fresh Air
Behind Domus House, two seating areas are available for staff and visitors. A chioce of a timber decking area or an Indian sandstone patio are available at the top and bottom of the site, for relaxation and fresh air.
Security
Domus House has round the clock CCTV security camera coverage, internally and externally. Access and alarms are controlled with key fobs and a security panel. Office doors also have traditional keys.
Parking
The rear car park has spaces for up to eight vehicles which are all allocated to businesses at Domus House. Parking is also available nearby, including Marsden Road, Great Western Road and the ‘B & M’ car park for short stay.
Stainless steel cycle hoops are provided at the front and rear of the building to keep your cycles safe.
As parking spaces are at a premium, we encourage alternaitive forms of transport including walking, cycling and the use of public transport. There is a bus stop in close proximity to the building entrance.
